Sights for Hope to Resume Monthly Men’s Support Group Sessions in July

Sights for Hope will resume monthly support group sessions for its male clients in July.

The men’s group was discontinued in 2020 with the departure of its facilitator. The group’s new incarnation will be facilitated voluntarily by male clients. It will begin with meetings by phone, allowing easy access for clients from the Lehigh Valley and Monroe County.

Sights for Hope’s support groups give its clients opportunities to express needs and concerns specific to them, participate in solving problems, and share resources in environments of openness, respect, encouragement, and trust.

The date, time, and phone details for the July men’s group meeting will be announced with Sights for Hope’s monthly client bulletin.

Sights for Hope empowers people to overcome the challenges of vision loss and promotes healthy eyesight throughout Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley and Monroe County.
