Our Accessibility Statement

Sights for Hope is committed to facilitating the accessibility and usability of its website for people with disabilities. This website was rebuilt completely in 2020 through the services of an accessibility consultant, Accessibility Shield. Our goal was to provide website accessibility to all users – including those with special needs such as visual, hearing, cognitive and motor impairments. We are committed to improving the accessibility of this website constantly to ensure it provides equal access to all users.

Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1

  • Operable – User interface components and navigation must be operable.
  • Understandable – Information and the operation of user interface must be understandable.
  • Robust – Content must be robust enough that it can be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies.
