Agency Continues Reduced Operations by State Order
The Center for Vision Loss continues its reduced operations because of the COVID-19 pandemic through at least June 4 in accordance with orders from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The agency’s campuses will remain closed and its client transportation service will remain limited to critical medical and grocery needs during this time. Select services will continue to be delivered by phone and video conferencing. Curtailed operations began on March 25 after Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf extended his stay-at-home orders Thursday night for Lehigh, Northampton, and Monroe counties.
The agency’s plans for its reactivation will be announced.
