Vibrant Client Artwork Featured on Cover of Sights for Hope’s 2024 Impact Report

Artwork from Sights for Hope client Mary Ellen Stoyanov was chosen as the cover of the organization’s 2024 Impact Report, which was released this week.
The cover shows Stoyanov’s painting of a vibrant bird sitting among purple flowers and green foliage to convey a sense of nature and growth. This is the second straight year that Sights for Hope used art from its clients for its annual report. The 2023 report featured a painting by children in its Camp I CAN! summer program.
Sights for Hope’s 2024 Impact Report highlights the organization’s work to help its clients and patients overcome the challenges of visual impairments and blindness and to promote healthy eyesight in its communities.
“The use of client art has given our annual reports to stakeholders a specific flair and we hope that it can become a long-term tradition,” said Dennis Zehner, Executive Director and CEO of Sights for Hope. “It also provides an opportunity to showcase one of the many talents our clients possess. When they work with us, they learn there is very little they cannot do with confidence and the mindset to approach things differently.”
An illustrated PDF file and an accessible text file of the 2024 Impact Report can be downloaded at SightsforHope.org/Reports. Braille copies also are available upon request.
