Bikers for Sight Ride

The Bikers for Sight Ride benefits Sights for Hope and is more than a journey through the scenic Pocono Mountains. It offers riders from all clubs a heartwarming experience and the chance to create lifelong memories. What distinguishes Bikers for Sight is the opportunity riders give Sights for Hope clients – who are blind or have permanent visual impairments – to ride as passengers. Clients enjoy a feeling of freedom and excitement, build confidence, and form friendships. The Bikers for Sight Ride was inspired by client Wendy Smentkowski, a member of the Christian Motorcycle Association who goes by the name “Gladiator” and rode frequently before she lost most of her vision.
