Our professional caseworkers provide individualized care to ensure that clients access the skills, supports, and solutions that make the greatest impacts on their lives. Each client is assigned a caseworker when they enroll. Caseworker services in English and Spanish are available in both the Lehigh Valley and Monroe County.
Caseworker Services Provided
- Service plans and periodic evaluations of needs.
- Transportation assistance and one-on-one instruction as necessary and available.
- Direct assistance with functions such as reading mail, paying bills, appointment setting, and generating correspondence.
- Basic home repairs to improve client safety.
- Arrangements and referrals for additional services.
- Assistance for client programs and activities.
