Giving Societies and Donor Recognition

Members of Sights for Hope Giving Societies make the largest impact on our agency’s fundraising success. Their loyal commitments to promoting vision health and supporting individuals with visual impairments coupled with their bold investments inspire others while supporting every client and community member our mission touches.

Giving Society membership starts with gifts of $500 or more during our agency’s fiscal year. Scheduling payments over several months may help when considering a larger gift.

Lifetime Giving

Jacob Bolotin Society
Jacob Bolotin was the world’s first totally blind physician and an advocate for the employment of individuals living without vision and their full integration into society. Bolotin’s advocacy efforts and medical achievements continue to positively impact individuals living with visual impairments today by setting the example that there are ways to overcome the obstacles of vision loss to live a fulfilling life.

The Jacob Bolotin Society recognizes those generous donors who have projected their love and support for Sights for Hope and our mission beyond the horizon of their own mortality by making a deferred or estate gift of $10,000 or more. To learn more about the Jacob Bolotin Society CLICK HERE.

Recognition and Events

All Giving Society donors will be recognized in our annual report and on donor roll calls. Donors wishing to remain anonymous will be acknowledged as such.

Giving Society donors will also receive special invitation to attend exclusive agency events, the opportunity to join clients on special travel outings, and will be subscribed to our quarterly newsletter.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, Sights for Hope does not have plans for any 20/20 Society Membership Events at this time. We welcome you to join us at our Songs4Sight Concert on Wednesday, June 16, and we look forward to planning more events for the 2021-2022 service year.
